Toddler
dies after being found in hot car
Authorities in Washington
Parish were investigating the death of a 2-year-old
child.
Deputies say a call was received yesterday
that a child was trapped in a car. When officers
arrived, they discovered the parents giving CPR to the
child.
The toddler was pronounced dead at Riverside
Medical Center.
According to deputies, the parents
discovered the child missing after taking a nap and
found him unconscious inside the
car.
